Tip for the Season:

Seeing fresh asparagus at the market means spring has finally sprung. When it's time to cook, use a veggie peeler to pare off any tough spots, and drop the bundle into 3 quarts of boiling salted water for 2-6 minutes depending on stalk thickness. Remove and shock in ice cold water to retain color and crispness.

Couples can have loadsd of fun!Couples Classes

Our kitchen makes a cozy atmosphere for a couples class. These are hands on and partial demonstration.  The couples are provided with recipes and can take notes. The meal is shared, at the end of preparation with wine pairings.  A maximum of 6 couples or 12 students for a 3-4 course meal.
